We took the kids sledding today at Rohmer Park. Turned out to be a great day for it. We all kept shedding layers as the time passed.I couldn't even resist one run down the hill in spite of a cold I'd been trying to kick for the past week.
Dallin declined to go with us as he wanted to sleep after his early morning workout and swim at the gym.We took Taylor with us. For a dog that is sooo petrified of water, it's amazing how much he loves to play in the snow. Plus I believe it helped him forget about his itchy eye from surgery.
All in all it was a great day of sledding despite the complaints of sore backs from all the kids afterwards. You will understand why after viewing the following pictures. If you're wondering who the 5th kid is, it's Riley one of Payten's buddies. In hind sight I should have had his parents sign a disclaimer as Riley kept asking and was the first to take on the jump. I will just let the pictures speak for themselves.
